10/21 Rising Moon Ravioli-Loved It
Pillows of pasta stuffed with artichokes lemon, soy ricotta and olives. Yum, double yum. Ravioli is a quick and soul satisfying meal. I found the most exciting brand of raviolis in the freezer section and wanted to share. They are from a company called Rising Moon Organics.
They have an appealing and functional website where you can locate a store near you that carries their products. On their site you may also view all of their delectable products and flavors ahead of time, so you are in the know when you get to the store.
They clearly mark their products that contain dairy, nuts and soy. They have created delish vegan ravioli flavors like Mediterranean Garlic and Herb, Butternut Squash and this one we tried, Artichoke and Olive.
Sandy topped our pasta presents with sauteed artichoke hearts, bell peppers, Kalamata olives, capers, fresh squeezed lemon juice, sake, garlic and a smidge of vegan butter. The naked ravioli were creamy pillows stuffed with soy ricotta, artichokes, olives and parsley.
They were scrumptious alone and absolutely divine in a lemony butter bath of all things Mediterranean.
The ravioli is quick to create yet craveable when consumed. This is a perfectly fast meal for a busy night and a succulent meal for date night. Their ravioli would also be smashing served cold, tossed with fresh spinach, chopped veggies of your choice with a tangy dressing for a fantastic lunch.
Have a delicious day and enjoy trying something new.
