1/15 Tofurky Jurky How Do I Love Thee?
I feel like recommending Tofurky Jurky to all of you is like sharing that drinking water is a good idea but here it is. We are late comers to the jerky scene but now that I know, I want to get a sky writer to share the message…..I love Tofurky Peppered Jurky. Every time I eat a piece (or four) I want to go hiking through Yosemite or camping. The texture is chewy and the flavor is peppery and savory. What I cant believe is that you can enjoy four pieces for only 100 calories and you will benefit from 12g of protein! This is the kind of thing that the vegans should keep to themselves so we never run out, but in reality…this is a fantastic find for anyone with a schedule, the desire to feed their body for fuel and for those who love tasty things. Sometimes I just need something more interesting to nosh on than a handful of almonds.
The Jurky is prepared in actual smokehouses without liquid smoke, preservatives or GMO’s. I think snack time just got a whole lot more interesting at this house. I want to keep some in my purse, in the KIA, in my locker at work and in the medicine cabinet just in case.
I found a site called Healthy Eating that sells the Jurky. Amazon also sells it but is currently out. I have not yet purchased any online as this love affair has just begun.
I think it is fun, incredibly tasty and a cool conversation starter at your next staff meeting, Bunco night or trip to the bank. Why not share the love.
