3/16 In The Green
Just in time for Saturday I wanted to share links to some of my favorite St Patrick’s Day recipes. A few days ago I made a loaf of the Irish Soda bread using dried cranberries, cherries, raisins and walnuts. It was outstanding.
I also found this recipe for Colcannon Puffs on FatFreeVegan.com. Colcannon is a traditional Irish dish created with potatoes and cabbage or kale. She baked them into bite size appetizer pieces. What a cool idea.
Do you have a favorite green or Irish inspired dish? Please share. I love holiday fare.
Have a delicious day.
