This recipe for Irish Soda Bread is one of my favorites. I have shared it before and now believe that not sharing it would be nothing short of a crime against St Patrick. I bake it this time of year as a seasonal fave, but also enjoy it at other times throughout the year. This crusty loaf is the perfect accompaniment for soup night or a weekend brunch.
