5/2 Secret Stash-Loved it!
On Saturday we went to a local Green Street Fair. Last year they had over 90,000 attendees and 180 exhibitors at their three day event. We have never gone, so we were looking forward to checking it out. I wanted to talk to vendors, see what was available and continue to gather insight for the V.E.
One of vendors we met was Karen from My Secret Stash. Owner Karen is the type of woman you meet and immediately want to share a margarita and some vegan nachos with. She is committed to quality and kind to the earth.
Karen hand crafts indulgent face and body care products. She uses natural ingredients to create an earth lovin, affordable line. The first thing I tried was her Mint Zinger hand and body lotion. You only need a tiny dollop for your hands..think pea not dime. It blends into your skin without leaving an oily or sticky residue. The aroma is genderless, decadent and energizing.
What I found so unique about this lotion was that it wasn’t until much later that I noticed how silky soft my hands still were. Sandy and I had walked around the fair all day in the sun, carrying packages and eating samples. In the car on the way home, I realized my grubby street fair hands were still satiny smooth.
I adore this lotion and think you will too. Buy this for yourself because you deserve it. Buy it for someone else because you also deserve the tsunami of gratitude and praise you will receive.
$10.00 for a 4 oz bottle.

Sherry – you and your friend introduced yourself at the VegMichigan booth.
Good luck with your journey. I’ll check in from time to time so see how you are doing.
I encourage you to find a vegan group for information and support. Check the VegMichigan.org site. Since those who chose the vegan lifestyle are less then 1% on the population you will always have those who question and dis our choice. The more people you know who are vegan or on their way the stronger you will be.
Check:
drmcdougall.com for health and environmental information (and recipes)
pcrm.org for animal rights, health and recipes
fatfreevegan.com for recipes
Best wishes,
Tim
